TÅRNBYFORSYNING Varme A/S offers a framework agreement for the supply of district heating units as well as training and support from the Supplier in connection with TÅRNBYFORSYNING Varme A/S' installation of district heating units. TÅRNBYFORSYNING Varme A/S estimates that the total amount of district heating units that will be purchased under the Framework Agreement during its term will total approx. 2,125 district heating units, where 125 district heating units are with hot water tank and 2,000 district heating units are without hot water tank. In addition, TÅRNBYFORSYNING Dragør Fjernvarme A/S has the option to accede to the Framework Agreement as a drawee. TÅRNBYFORSYNING Dragør Fjernvarme A/S's possible needs are collectively estimated to amount to a total of 1,000 district heating units without hot water tank during the term of the Framework Agreement. If TÅRNBYFORSYNING Dragør Fjernvarme A/S thus chooses to accede to the Framework Agreement, the total estimated amount of district heating units that will be purchased under the Framework Agreement during its term is a total of approx. 3,125 district heating units, where 125 district heating units are with hot water tank and 3,000 district heating units are without hot water tank. The Framework Agreement is non-exclusive, but the Ordering Party undertakes to purchase a minimum of 1,000 district heating units (0 with and 1,000 without a hot water tank) during the term of the Framework Agreement.

The Contracting Authority wants to purchase high pressure pump unit for brine injection to the Water Injection Project. The high pressure injection pump unit and auxiliary equipment is for injection of Brine into the underground storage facilities in Stenlille. The auxiliary systems connected is essential especially due to injecting to an existing natural gas well hence relevant legislation is to be followed. The pump system must be fully assembled as a unit be it in a box/container allowing for relevant measures for surveillance, as part of the overall delivery. The contract consists of installation, commissioning, final documentation and hand over including further inspections after the first year of operation. The delivery is in Gas Storage Denmark’ site in Stenlille, West Zealand in Denmark (address: Merløsevej 1C, 4296 Nyrup). The tasks in sub-agreement 1 consist of forging and socket work in connection with conversions, new installations, renovations and mains carried out within Fjernvarme Fyn's supply area. The tasks in Sub-agreement 2 consist of forging and socket work in connection with pilot plugs and repairs carried out within Fjernvarme Fyn's supply area.
